Smart Batching “ระบบควบคุมการชั่งผสมอาหาร”

• การชั่ง/การอินเตอร์เฟซกับฮาร์ดแวร์ของตัวบ่งชี้น้ำหนักที่มีความเสถียรและมีความไวสูงรองรับการทำงานกับเครื่องชั่งขนาดเล็ก และสามารถสั่งชั่งวัตถุดิบพร้อมกันได้สูงสุด 3 ถัง ระบบจะคำนวนค่า Freefall ให้อัตโนมัติ เพื่อความแม่นยำในกระบวนการชั่งวัตถุดิบ และระบบสามารถทำงานร่วมกับชุดควบคุมความเร็วได้อีกด้วย

• อินเตอร์เฟซสูตร ระบบสามารถนำเข้า สูตรอาหารโดยผ่านทาง ไฟล์ข้อความ, XML, จดหมาย ฯลฯ เพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกให้กับการนำสูตรมาใช้ในการผลิตซึ่งมีส่วนช่วยลดความผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดจากการป้อนข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งาน
